Synthesis happens at a US-based contract manufacturer working under documented SOPs. Each batch is sampled and submitted to an independent analytical lab — we do not run our own assays in-house, by design. The independent COA is the only document we'll stand behind, and we share it on request via email rather than shipping it with the product.
Lyophilized vials ship in insulated mailers with phase-change packs. On arrival, transfer to a −20°C freezer for long-term storage. Reconstitute only what you need; reconstituted material is generally stable at 2–8°C for 30 days but should be validated for your specific application.
